The quiet, reserved ski instructor has secretly been in love with her best friend since kindergarten circle time. With a mandatory staff dinner in their future, they have to sell their fake marriage to save the jobs they love because of a jilted ex and a well-timed bet. Cue weeks of practice dates, fake kisses, staged dinners, and a growing suspicion that pretending might be the most dangerous slope of all. To survive this dinner-and their own feelings-Jake and Gemma will have to risk more than their paychecks. If they can't sell it, they might lose the one thing worth falling for.
